Wavelength Electronics’ QCL2000 LAB QCL drivers provide the necessary stability for harmonic frequency combs. Wavelength Electronics’ PTC10K-CH temperature controller has temperature stability of less than 0.0012ºC which surpasses the required temperature stability of less than 10 mK in the experiment. Installable applications software and LabView ® drivers are provided to support PC interfacing. The LabMax display and meter can be positioned at many different angles so customers can place it within the limited bench space typically available in a laser lab and still easily view the display. As optical networking vendors announce 5 th generation coherent DSP chips, supporting higher capacity wavelengths, some confusion has developed over the actual performance of 800G wavelengths in real world WDM operating networks, as opposed to highly controlled and optimized field trials or lab experiments. DL-series is a family of fiber-coupled diode lasers. Each laser consists of a fiber-coupled diode module, current source (laser diode driver), cooling system (Peltier modules, temperature controller, heatsink and fans), user interface and coverage case. We use only high quality fiber-coupled diode modules from the world-best manufacturers.

OWL Reporter Software is included FREE with Fiber OWL, Micro OWL, and WaveTester series optical power meters. Data can be downloaded from the power meter directly into the software with the download cable provided with your meter. Once downloaded the data can be selectively viewed, printed, and saved using the intuitive, user-friendly graphical user interface. Summary View shows quick pass/fail results and Detail View offers a more detailed view showing all information for a specific fiber run. Sorted certification reports can be printed in either summary or detail views. The data can be stored as a separate file or be merged with an existing data file.
